Pickup & Delivery Policy
Following checkout, you will be contacted to schedule the on-farm pickup of your poultry products. Alternatively, if you have purchased a turkey or bulk package of chicken (5 whole chickens or more), free delivery is available within 20-miles of the farm. You will subsequently be contacted to arrange a mutually agreed upon delivery date and time.
In the event a customer does not show for the scheduled on-farm pickup, the poultry products will be maintained in a freezer for up to two days. If after two days the customer has not contacted the farm or picked up the order, the order and payment is forfeit by the customer.
