Reserve your free-range 2026 holiday turkey today! A $25 down payment is required to reserve your holiday bird and the final invoice will be provided following the associated butcher date. The final invoice will reflect the actual weight of your bird at a rate of $6.50/lb. (which includes a $0.50 discount for pre-ordering). Pre-order discounts will cease on July 31st!

Quantities are limited for 2026 and securing your bird early is recommended. Due to the variable November weather in upstate NY, we have decided to butcher turkeys several weeks ahead of Thanksgiving. Customers will be provided a fresh turkey following the butcher date, but timing will vary and it is the customer's responsibility to freeze your poultry ahead of the holidays.
